Moving to Raad

Moving to Raad

What changes for your space, and what stays the same.

Raad uses the same space settings, the same strategies and the same signed messages as the platform many DAOs vote on today. Moving changes where your space lives, not how it votes.

What stays the same

  • Your space's id: its ENS name.
  • Your strategies and validations: the same names and settings, counted the same way.
  • Your history: closed proposals and every vote come over with their results. See Import a space.
  • How people vote: a free signature from their wallet.
  • Your delegations: they live in the Delegate Registry, on the chain, and count on Raad as they did.

What changes

  • Where it lives: app.raad.vote, with its hub and sequencer at hub.raad.vote and seq.raad.vote.
  • The app: a new interface, plus Raad's own features: delegated power on every delegate, the embed card, link previews with your logo, CSV exports of every vote, and ENS names in place of addresses.
  • Followers: members follow the space again on Raad.

Coming

  • Creating a space and editing its members from the app.
  • Notifications outside the app (by email or in chat), quorum reminders, and forum discussion beside each proposal.
  • An organisation dashboard for groups of spaces.

How to start

Write to us from the landing page with your space's id. We import its history, you check it on Raad, and you tell your members where to vote next.
