Settings
Profile, voting, proposals, strategies and validations, members.
Admins open Settings from the space page. Each save is a settings message the admin's wallet signs; before it does, a review lists every change, before and after. Fields nobody touched are sent exactly as they are stored.
Profile
The name, the description, the category and the website, plus a cover image: the banner above your space page, as an IPFS link (ipfs://…) or an https image. Changing the avatar from Settings is coming.
Voting
- Strategies: how voting power is counted, up to 10. See Strategies.
- Proposal validation: who may publish proposals, for example a minimum voting power.
- Vote validation: who may vote.
- Quorum and quorum type: see Quorum.
- Test with an address: see an address's power under the strategies you are editing, before you save. See Test with an address.
Settings says what the network would refuse before anything is signed: no strategy, too many, or a validation that no longer works.
Proposals
- Voting system: one for every proposal, or each author picks. See Voting systems.
- Voting delay: the time between publishing and the vote opening, up to 30 days.
- Voting period: fixed for every proposal (up to 366 days), or each author's.
- Labels: up to 10, that authors put on proposals. See Labels.
Members and roles
- Admins change the settings.
- Moderators hide proposals.
- Authors publish without meeting the proposal validation.
Settings lists who holds each role. Adding and editing members from the app is coming.
Integrations
Posting new proposals and results to other tools is coming.
